1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swedish consumer protection laws and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt
  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  4. Send the product to the address provided in the return instructions
  5. Include the return authorization number with your shipment

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the product was defective or we made an error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent you the wrong product
  • The product does not match its description

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products that have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
